Generator Service Visit - Local Dispatch Charge & 1-Hour (Normal Business Hours)

The Dispatch Charge is required to schedule a service visit and covers travel portal to portal within 30 miles of Rochester, NY and up to one hour of service time.  (Parts, when required billed separately)

Please perform checkout, and your service call will be scheduled. 

Once on site, the SITEPOWER Service Technician will evaluate, troubleshoot and advise of findings, and how to proceed.  Includes up to one hour of time on site.
