Emergency Service & After Hours Generator Service (New Clients)

Your credit card will be pre-authorized.  Charges will not be final until service request has been completed. 

This is for any requests for service OUTSIDE of normal business hours of 08:00-16:30 Monday through Friday.

A dispatch charge, a four-hour minimum charge and a parts allowance is required to be pre-authorized BEFORE disptaching a service technician for emergency service. 

Additional time, services, materials and parts will be asessed to actual invoice as necessary.
